GOT SOME QUESTIONS?

IS IT EASY TO ASSEMBLE?

Sure is! Using only 6 support stands, and the support from the inflatable ring, the KAL Pod can be assembled in only 5 minutes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FILL?

The KAL Pod should only take around 10-15 minutes to fully fill up using a garden hose or faucet.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REFILL THE POD?

We suggest changing the water every 5-8 uses. However, if you use bromine tablets/granules, this can keep the water cleaner for up to 10-12 uses. The water is simply drained out using the valve at the bottom.

HOW COLD SHOULD IT BE?

We recommend purchasing the Thermometer with the KAL Pod, and aiming for anywhere between 10-15 degrees celcius. You can go colder, but we've found this temperature is enough to elicit the amazing benefits.

DO I NEED TO REFILL IT WITH ICE EVERY TIME?

You don't have to, as the 3 layers of insulation and Thermal Lid helps to retain the cold temperature. However, topping up with ice now and again can really help drop the temperature on warmer spells.

Top Tip: Fill your freezer with bottles of water, and throw these in every time. This will help keep the temperature extra cold, and you can reuse them over and over!
