The Sauna Pod heats up in as quick as 5 minutes! No more long waits..
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REFILL THE STEAMER?
You'll need to refill the steamer depending on how long you use the sauna per session. The 4L capacity will be abe to get you through a 60 minute session.
HOW HOT SHOULD IT BE?
Start with a comfortable temperature, and take intervals going in and out if you can. But the heat can reach as high as 50 degrees celsius / 122 Farenheit
