GOT SOME QUESTIONS?
IS IT EASY TO ASSEMBLE?
The Chiller comes completely assembled. The only parts that need to be fitted are the connecting pipes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REACH LOWEST TEMPERATURE?
The Chiller should take ~8 hours to reach the lowest temperature of 3 degrees celsius, assuming it starts at around 15 degrees celsius. Once set, the chiller will maintain that temperature.
HOW DO I REPLACE THE FILTER?
The filters are easily cleaned and do not need to be replaced. Simply wash or brush out the particles regularly.
WHAT APP CAN I USE?
You can integrate the chillers control panel with the Smart Life or Tuya App (instructions in manual).
CAN IT BE KEPT OUTSIDE?
The chiller is rated at IPX4, which means it is resistance to splashes of water at all angles (for example, stepping out the bath and getting some water on the chiller is fine). However, we do not recommend getting the chiller completely soaked by leaving it outside exposed to the elements. We recommend housing or covering the chiller with a waterproof cover so it is protected from rain or foreign objects.
Your warranty is not protected for damage caused by water.
HOW EXPENSIVE IS IT TO RUN?
Based on an input power of 430W, to run the chiller for 4 hours per day would cost 24p per day (Based on UK Average).
DOES THE TEMPERATURE STAY AT THE TARGET?
Once the target temperature is set, the chiller will go into idle mode until the temperature rises again. Once the temperature rises considerably, the chiller will kick back in to bring the temperature back down again.
