Returns & Refunds
We operate a returns policy of 30 days on specific products if the customer is not satisfied with their product. This policy applies for products included in our range listed below, for the purpose of not being satisfied with the quality or function. Products that fall under the 30 day return window that wished to be returned, should be in all original packaging or a suitable replacement. All components should be returned in good working condition with no aesthetic damage. All returns are subject to our internal review to determine whether a return is possible with respect to the working and physical state of the product. If a product or any of it's components encounters aesthetic damage within the 30 day period, or is returned in a condition that renders it unable to resell, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. The customer can have the product returned to them in this case.
If a product is damaged due to faulty equipment that renders the product unable to operate, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement according to the products warranty (see below)
KAL Pod: 90 days from date of delivery
KAL Pod XL: 90 days from date of delivery
KAL Pro: 1 Year from date of delivery
KAL MaxiPod: 1 Year from date of delivery
KAL Boots: 2 Year from date of delivery
SaunaPod: 1 Year from date of delivery
KAL KOLD Chiller: 2 Year from date of delivery (Not included in 30 day return guarantee unless damaged or does not function adequately.)
Red Light Panels: 2 Year from date of delivery
Please note that for your product to be eligible for a replacement or refund within the warranty period, but after the 30-day return window, you must provide sufficient proof of damage and/or discrepancies in the function of the unit.
Aesthetic damage to the exterior/interior design, damage caused by miss-use or wear and tear does not apply. The warranty is live from the day the customer receives the order, not the date the purchase was made.
In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for getting in contact with us at info@kalrecovery.com, or on social media. We will then provide them with a returns shipping label to send the order back to our address (found below). Until the unit is in our possession, we will be unable to process any kind of refund. Once we receive the unit, and it is in a reasonable condition, we will accept your return and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the unit is forcefully damaged.
For faulty or damaged equipment caused by shipping, proof of damage through images and/or videos need to be provided to confirm the damage. In which case, we will issue a full refund without having to send back your item. You can send any queries to info@kalrecovery.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is accepted, the full amount (excluding delivery if charged) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.
